Manual massage performed under showers with sea water at about 37ºC, at low pressure. Relaxing and unwinding effect.
Performed in a bathtub with sea water (36º-38ºC), the client is submitted to an alternate massage of the lower limbs, spine, pelvis and scapular region, through fine pressured water jets, associated with the emulsion of air bubbles.
Effects: muscular relaxation, toning of the tissues, penetration of trace elements, vasodilatation.
Immersion bath in warm sea water with the addition of microfragmented seaweed (powder) which, through sequentially directed jets to different parts of the body, promotes blood circulation, relaxes the muscles, remineralizes the tissues and moisturizes the skin.
Partially covered bathtub in which the jets are directed to the abdomen, thighs and legs sequentially, at varying pressures and temperatures. Effect: activator of venous blood circulation, veno-lymphatic drainage and anti-edema.

- Nebulisation: Inhalation by nose and mouth through an individual mask of vapours and water particles which penetrate and settle in the nasal and pharyngeal mucous membranes.
